Downtown Apartment - This apartment is in a commercial building downtown Ozark. I split the building into two properties, one apartment and the other half a commercial rental. I completely gutted the building. This building was a doctors office years ago and then an attorneys office. Before a doctors office I believe it was a supply store and burned at some point before it was a doctors office.
